From Phil Poe:
Bureaucratic communication moves slowly;
however, on March 1st the entire
neighborhood was placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Previously, the Brooklyn section of the neighborhood was excluded
from the Register.
Those living in the Brooklyn section of
the neighborhood are now eligible for restoration tax credits.
The official notification can be found here.
